Found friendly orange tabby cat wearing a blue collar in a backyard in Jacksonville.

I discovered this sweet orange tabby cat while I was gardening in my backyard in Jacksonville. He seemed friendly and well-fed, wearing a blue collar but no tags. I've tried to find his owner around the neighborhood, but no one seems to recognize him. I'm hoping to reunite him with his family!
