Black iPhone 13 Pro Max with panda sticker

I found a black iPhone 13 Pro Max this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida, near Gate Parkway North. It's in a clear case with a panda sticker on the back, and the bottom edge has a small dent. The screen is cracked along the bottom, but the phone still powers on, and the home screen wallpaper shows a golden retriever—pretty distinct combo, so I figured someone might be missing it.
