Lost stamps near Casey Jones Village
I was sorting mail after a quick visit to Casey Jones Village in Jackson, Tennessee, around 2:45 pm on Wednesday when I realized my small bundle of vintage stamps was missing from the folder in my tote. The stamps cover several decades and include a few rare errors that mean a lot to me as a collector. They’re not just paper; they’re memories of letters I wrote to friends and family while traveling through town. If you’ve seen them, I’d be grateful to recover them through the site.
Lost sports equipment in Jackson, TN
I'm a college student who plays multiple intramural sports. After practice on Tuesday around 6:45 PM, I left the gym by the Carl Perkins Civic Center and walked to the parking lot, realizing my equipment for various sports was missing. The black duffel held items for several sports: a red tennis racket cover, a pair of bright green cleats, a basketball knee sleeve, and a cricket bat; it wasn’t in the bleachers or the car. It matters a lot to me because some items are irreplaceable. I’m anxious about upcoming games and workouts, and I’m hoping it turns up somewhere safe.
Blue ceramic vase with gold trim, lost
I lost my blue ceramic vase yesterday around 3:15pm near the Jackson Library on Main Street. It's about 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide, with a glossy cobalt glaze and hand-painted white swirls; there's a tiny gold heart on the base. There's a small glaze crack near the rim that's been there since I bought it from a local potter, but it's otherwise in good shape. It means a lot to me—my grandmother gave it to me, and it feels sentimental. If you found it, please email me at [email protected].
Found blue plush dragon with star hoodie
I found this blue plush dragon this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Jackson Public Library on Main Street, by the bike racks. It's about 12 inches tall, super soft, with a light green belly and tiny orange stitches along the wings. The dragon sports a purple star patch on its chest and a small yellow star on the hoodie pocket; there’s a tiny frayed thread on the tail and one white safety eye. No owner contact was visible, so I’ve tucked it into a tote in case the kid who lost it passes by. If you lost a toy like this in Jackson, please reach out and we can arrange to reunite it with you.
