Blue ceramic vase with gold trim, lost

I lost my blue ceramic vase yesterday around 3:15pm near the Jackson Library on Main Street. It's about 6 inches tall and 4 inches wide, with a glossy cobalt glaze and hand-painted white swirls; there's a tiny gold heart on the base. There's a small glaze crack near the rim that's been there since I bought it from a local potter, but it's otherwise in good shape.
