Found flute near Arcata Plaza in Humboldt County
I was walking around Arcata Plaza last Saturday around 3:15 PM when I spotted a silver flute resting on a bench near the gazebo. The case was a touch scuffed, and the lip plate had faint initials carved into it, like J.S. I picked it up carefully, checked for any obvious personal notes, and carried it to the Humboldt County Library’s lost-and-found desk so it could be reunited with its owner. I’m posting this in hopes the rightful owner sees it and recognizes the markings and that worn case. It felt like a small, hopeful moment in a busy day.
Lost sheet music after rehearsal, Arcata Plaza at 7:15 PM
I was finishing a quick practice at a small studio near Arcata Plaza around 7:15 PM on Tuesday, and I must have left my sheet music on the bench. I realized it was missing once I got home to Eureka and realized I couldn't find the pieces I need for Saturday's recital. The music is in a green binder with a few pencil markings from last Friday's run-through. If you found it near the Arcata Plaza fountain after sunset, please let me know — losing it feels like losing a part of myself and my chance to perform.
Meinl Cajón in natural wood, sentimental, lost.
Yesterday around 3pm I was busking near Arcata Plaza in Humboldt County when my Meinl Cajón in natural wood vanished from my setup. It's about 12 inches tall with a few scratches on the front panel and a small dent on the lower left corner. The back panel has a tiny blue palm-tree sticker and the leather strap is frayed. Lost black MIDI keyboard with lightning bolt and star stickers left at a coffee shop on 4th Street.
I accidentally left my black MIDI keyboard at the coffee shop on 4th Street after my jam session last week. It has some stickers on it, including a small lightning bolt and a star. I realized it was missing when I got home and really hope someone picked it up and can return it. It was a gift from my brother, and it holds a lot of sentimental value.
