LOST: Action Figures near Walkway Over the Hudson
Hi, I’m Ava. I realized around 6:10 PM yesterday that my action figures were missing after I paused for a quick photo along the Walkway Over the Hudson on the Poughkeepsie side. It’s a small crew—Spider-Man, Black Panther, and a blue Batman—plus a few tiny accessories—that’s been with me since childhood. They’re more than toys; they’re reminders of the countless afternoons I spent imagining adventures with my dad. I’ve been carrying them through the Hudson Valley since. If someone found them near the main entrance and tucked them away somewhere safe, I’d be forever grateful to have them back in my hands.
Found Equipment for Various Sports in Hudson Valley
This morning around 9:15 a.m., I spotted a blue duffel bag tucked behind a bench at the Walkway Over the Hudson on the Poughkeepsie side. Inside was equipment for various sports—soccer ball, tennis racket, shin guards, water bottle, and a gym bag strap. It looked left behind after practice, so I picked it up and I am keeping an eye out for the owner. I hope the rightful person sees this and claims it soon.
Found signed limited-edition art print, 27/100
Found a signed limited-edition art print by a local Hudson Valley artist this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Hudson Opera House on Warren Street in Hudson. It's an 18x24 inch giclée on archival paper with a matte finish, mostly blues and golds depicting a river scene. The print is numbered 27/100 and signed in pencil at the bottom right, with a small gold foil stamp on the bottom left. It was rolled in a protective tube and has a tiny coffee ring along the bottom edge from a quick spill. It looks like a genuine collector's piece, so I figured it should go to its rightful owner.
