Lost parrots near Memorial Park, Houston
I lost my two parrots, Mango and Pico, last Friday around 7:15 p.m. I last saw them near Memorial Park's jogging trail by the water fountain. They’re bright green with orange faces and love mimicking car horns and city sounds. My heart aches thinking about the quiet apartment and the empty perch at home. I’ve walked the Montrose streets all evening, calling their names and listening for a flutter among the oaks and pines along the bayou. If you see two parrots anywhere near Memorial Park, please watch the trees and call out gently; I’m hoping they just wandered briefly and will find their way back.
Lost rabbits near Hermann Park, Houston.
I lost my two rabbits last Friday around 8:15 PM after the apartment door was left open and they slipped into the alley behind my building near Hermann Park. They are small, brown and gray with white patches; one wears a blue collar with a tiny bell. I am terrified they are scared and hungry, and I am praying they come back safe. If you see them, please keep an eye out in the nearby alleys and yards.
