Red dog harness with reflective trim

I found a red nylon dog harness with reflective piping this afternoon around 4:15pm on Kalakaua Avenue near the ABC Stores in Waikiki, Honolulu. It's a medium size with a quick-release buckle and a lime-green name tag sewn inside that says 'Roxy'. The outside shows a little sun fade but it's still sturdy, with a tiny nick near the D-ring from contact with a wall corner.
