Navy RFID passport holder found near Waikiki Beach

I found a navy RFID passport holder yesterday around 3pm outside Duke's Waikiki on Kalakaua Avenue. It's a slim, faux-leather holder about 4 x 6 inches, with a 'Voyage' embossing on the front and a red zipper pull. Inside there are a couple of cards and a small folded itinerary for Maui. The lining is charcoal gray and there's a faint sea-salt smell, plus a seashell charm on the zipper. I grabbed it to hold onto until I can locate the owner.
