Bright ukulele with sun sticker near Waikiki

I found a small concert ukulele this afternoon around 2:15 pm on Kalakaua Ave outside Duke's Waikiki in Honolulu. It's a natural mahogany finish, concert size, with a glossy top and a few light scratches along the back from beach sand. The headstock bears a faint Kala KA-15S label and there’s a bright sun sticker under the sound hole, plus a frayed tan strap attached.
