Blue plush shark found near Waikiki Beach

I found a blue plush shark toy this afternoon around 4:15 pm near the Duke Kahanamoku statue on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. It's about 12 inches long and made of soft fleece with a white belly. It wears a small red baseball cap that's a bit faded, and there’s a tiny green stitched heart on its left fin plus a blue fabric tag near the tail that reads 'Kai'. It's a touch worn with a few loose threads and a faint sunscreen smell, but otherwise clean.
