Navy tote bag with brass zipper—found near Main Street library

Found a navy tote bag with brass zipper this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Main Street library in Hattiesburg, near the little coffee kiosk. It's a medium-sized tote with sturdy tan leather handles and a small blue enamel pin on the zipper pull, plus a fox-embossed inner tag that peeks out when you peek inside. Inside I saw a spiral notebook, a folded photo of a dog, and a receipt from a local bookstore dated last week.
