I was strolling the Greenway by the Red River near the Alerus Center in Grand Forks around 9:20 PM on Tuesday when I found a tote labeled Breeds sitting on the path. Inside were a few dog-care items and several collars, with no owner information. It felt like a mix of hope and concern—someone could be missing more than a bag, and I wanted to help reconnect them with their belongings.
