Found this afternoon around 2:45pm on the sidewalk outside the Corning Public Library on Market Street, downtown Corning (Elmira-Corning). It's a silver 11-inch iPad Pro in a gray silicone case with a pink floral pattern on the back. The back bears a small engraving 'R.M.' near the bottom corner. The screen lights up to the home screen and seems in good condition, with no water damage.
