FOUND wall art in downtown Elmira
On a breezy Saturday at 4:30 p.m., I found a framed wall art piece propped behind a planter along Water Street in downtown Elmira, near the Clemens Center. The abstract swirls of color caught my eye, and the brass frame bears a small dent, with a label on the back reading 'Elizabeth Chen.' I left it where I found it and posted here because this piece clearly belongs to someone who cares about public art and the small joys of the downtown scene. Found iPad Pro in gray case near Market and Main
Found this afternoon around 2:45pm on the sidewalk outside the Corning Public Library on Market Street, downtown Corning (Elmira-Corning). It's a silver 11-inch iPad Pro in a gray silicone case with a pink floral pattern on the back. The back bears a small engraving 'R.M.' near the bottom corner. The screen lights up to the home screen and seems in good condition, with no water damage.
