FOUND: Travel Adapters in Deep East Texas

On Friday at 6:15 p.m., I found travel adapters tucked behind a bench near Center Square in Deep East Texas. They were in a small black pouch, dusty from the sun, with a tangle of cords sticking out. Seeing those adapters felt like a small ray of hope for someone traveling through this region, and I could sense how much someone relies on them when away from home. I kept them safe and posted this here in the hope they reach their owner soon.

Lost: Holiday decorations in Deep East Texas

I was decorating the front yard at my house on Main Street in Center, Deep East Texas, around 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday when I realized my holiday decorations had vanished from a red plaid tote. Inside were garlands, a small wooden nativity scene, and a string of warm white bulbs that I’d carefully stored after last year’s storms. The tote carries a pine scent and a couple of faded snowflake stickers. Those decorations were sentimental; they belonged to my grandmother and bring back family Christmas memories. If anyone saw a tote near the courthouse square in Center, please keep an eye out for it.

Blue Phonak hearing aid found behind Walmart

I found a blue Phonak behind-the-ear hearing aid this morning around 9:15am in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot on Southwood Drive in Lufkin, Deep East Texas. It's a beige shell with a gray tubing and a small blue sticker on the outside with the initials 'MJ'. The unit looks gently used but there's a tiny scratch along the bottom edge. It came with a gray fabric carrying case that has a dent in the zipper. It seems important to someone—I'd really love to help reunite it with its owner.

Lost handmade ceramic mug with green and blue swirling pattern and a slight crack near Lake Livingston Park in Deep East Texas.

I lost my favorite handmade ceramic mug while visiting my friend in Deep East Texas. It has a green and blue swirling pattern with a slight crack on one side, but it’s otherwise in good condition. I last had it at the local park near Lake Livingston and realized it was missing when I got back to my car. I'm really hoping someone picked it up and can return it to me as it holds sentimental value!
