Shopping bags lost near Coventry Cathedral
Hi, I’m Grace Thompson. I lost my shopping bags around 2:15 p.m. on Friday outside Coventry Cathedral, near Priory Street and Belgrade Plaza. I’d just finished a quick charity shop run and must have set them down for a moment; when I turned around, they were gone. The bags held my daily essentials: a reusable tote, some invoices, and a grandmother’s scarf that means a lot to me. It’s embarrassing to admit, but I’m really hoping someone picked them up by mistake and will hand them in. The square was loud with church bells and shoppers, and now I’m left counting pennies and praying they turn up.

Yesterday around 3:15pm I lost my navy blue Herschel backpack near Coventry Cathedral and the Pool Meadow bus station after I stepped off a bus on Priory Street. It's a medium-sized pack, about 18 inches tall, with a distinctive red zipper pull on the main pocket and a small coffee stain on the bottom front panel. Inside there's a gray laptop sleeve that fits a 15-inch laptop, a frayed blue notebook, and a tiny sticker on the inner lining that says 'Stay curious.' It’s sentimental to me because it was a gift from my aunt, and I really need it back; if someone found it around Coventry, please drop me a message.
