Found power tools near Maple Street Hardware, Catskills.
On Saturday at 9:15 a.m., I found a bundle of power tools behind the loading dock at Maple Street Hardware along Route 28 in the Catskills. A blue toolbox, a red drill, and a frayed extension cord were tucked in a corner near a stack of pallets, as if someone had dashed away in a hurry. They looked recently used, with fresh sawdust clinging to the handles and a faint whiff of pine dust in the air. I'm posting this in hopes the owner will see it here and claim their gear through the site.

I found a pair of radios tucked behind a rock near the Elm Street trailhead in Catskills. I was hiking the 9W trail last Sunday around 3:20 p.m. when I spotted them; they look used but functional, with a battered black case and dusty dials that remind me of old camping trips. I checked nearby for a name tag or charger, but there was nothing obvious, so I brought them to a safe spot and decided to post this find. It feels good to return something that might mean a lot to someone.

I realized I lost my favorite wooden cooking spoon during a picnic at Kaaterskill Falls in the Catskills last weekend. I remember using it to mix some soup, but I must have left it on the picnic table when we packed up. It's a hand-carved spoon, about 10 inches long, and has a unique design on the handle. If someone finds it, I'd really appreciate having it back!
