Found: Two paintings near Fountain Square Park

I was heading back to my studio on East Main Street at 4:10 PM last Saturday when I spotted two paintings leaning against a bench behind Fountain Square Park. The frames are a little scuffed, but the colors pop—the golden Kentucky sunset and a moody blue street scene with neon reflections. I checked for a name and found nothing obvious, so I picked them up and kept them safe while I tried to figure out who they belong to. It felt right to help return someone’s art, and the small wave of relief I felt when a passerby asked about them reminded me why these little mysteries matter.
