Lost postcards in downtown Bowling Green, KY
On Friday at 7:45 p.m., I was walking back from the National Corvette Museum toward Fountain Square, my tote stuffed with postcards from trips with my mom. A gust whipped the tote and I think I dropped them on a wooden bench outside the Historic Railpark & Train Museum. The stack includes notes in my grandmother's handwriting and a few photos from a sunset over Kentucky Lake. Losing them stings—those tiny cards carry memories I can't replace—and I hope someone picked them up and kept them safe.
Lost USB Drives in Bowling Green, KY
On Tuesday, February 2, around 2:35 p.m., I left a couple of USB Drives in the desk drawer of my apartment on Walton Avenue, near Circus Square Park, Bowling Green. When I got back at 4:15 p.m., they were gone and the drawer looked undisturbed, as if someone checked it quickly. The drives hold class notes and a few personal files, so I’m anxious about them being out there. If you’ve seen them around Circus Square Park or the surrounding area, I’d appreciate any information that helps me recover them.
