Found holiday decorations near Riverfront Park.

I was walking home from the farmers market by Riverfront Park in Billings around 6:45 p.m. last Friday when I spotted a tote stuffed with holiday decorations sitting beside a bench. The garland, ribbons, and a few fragile ornaments looked recently abandoned and a little damp from the mist in the air. I picked them up, hopeful they belonged to someone who loves decorating for the season. I know how stressful it is to lose something you carefully tucked away for gifting day.
