Lost hamsters in Bellingham near Boulevard Park
Last Tuesday at about 7:20 p.m., I was walking near Boulevard Park when my two hamsters darted from their cage and vanished into the bushes. They’re tiny—one is golden tan and the other white with a black stripe—and I’m afraid they’ve tucked themselves into Whatcom Falls Park or the Fairhaven area. I’m worried and I’ve been backtracking the routes I took, calling out to them with their squeaky little noises in my mind. If you see them, please help me keep an eye out and let me know through the site.
Found two canines in Bellingham.
On Friday around 7:40 p.m., I was walking along Boulevard Park by the water when two dogs followed me, tails wagging and a friendly bark. They wore mismatched collars with no tags, and they looked a bit lost but seemed sweet, so I kept them close as cars whizzed by on the street and scanned for someone who might be missing them. I led them toward the park entrance and waited near the railing while the sun sank behind Lummi Island’s silhouette in the distance. I can imagine the worry at home, and I hope whoever owns these can see this post and recognize them soon.
LOST terrariums near Cornwall Ave, Bellingham.
I was walking back from the farmers market around 6:00 PM last Tuesday along Cornwall Avenue when I realized my terrariums were no longer in my bag. They are two small glass jars with tiny air plants, one with a handwritten label; they remind me of my grandmother's greenhouse and I keep them to feel close to her. I am hopeful someone picked them up and will return them through this site. If you see them, please help a grateful plant person get them back.
Emerald green parakeet with blue tail
Hey, I’m hoping someone spotted him. I lost my emerald green parakeet yesterday around 3pm near the Bellingham Public Library on Central Ave, perched on a lamppost outside the main entrance before he flew toward Boulevard Park. He’s about the size of a large canary, with turquoise-blue tail feathers and a white ring around his eye, and he wears a small silver leg band labeled 'A12'. This bird means a lot to us—my daughter named him Pico and he’s been part of our family since last year. If you see him or hear anything, please reach out; I’d really appreciate bringing him back home.

I lost my red reflective dog harness with LED light yesterday around 3pm near Boulevard Park along the waterfront, off Cornwall Avenue in Bellingham. It's a red harness with neon yellow trim, quick-release buckle, and a small green name tag on the chest strap that says 'Nova'. There are a few wear marks on the left shoulder strap and a faint scratch on the plastic D-ring, but it's still in good shape. The harness is really important to us - it's the one that fits my senior beagle best and it has sentimental value because we adopted her from a shelter last year. If you found it, I'd really appreciate getting it back so we can keep our daily walks comfortable.

I lost my blue nylon dog harness with a reflective stripe yesterday around 3pm near the Costco on Bakerview Road in Bellingham. It's a medium-sized harness, adjustable, with a small red ID tag that reads 'MILO' and a tiny pink paw-print embroidery on the chest strap. The harness is in good condition but a bit worn from daily walks; there's a faint chew mark near the metal D-ring. Milo is a rescue, and that harness has sentimental value—really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to have it back.
