Red reflective dog harness with LED tag

I lost my red reflective dog harness with LED light yesterday around 3pm near Boulevard Park along the waterfront, off Cornwall Avenue in Bellingham. It's a red harness with neon yellow trim, quick-release buckle, and a small green name tag on the chest strap that says 'Nova'. There are a few wear marks on the left shoulder strap and a faint scratch on the plastic D-ring, but it's still in good shape. The harness is really important to us - it's the one that fits my senior beagle best and it has sentimental value because we adopted her from a shelter last year.
