I found these document holders this morning, around 11:15, on the pavement outside the Bath Spa Tourist Office near Pulteney Bridge. They’re slim folders, one brown leather and two black fabric, held together by a blue elastic that’s a touch stretched. Inside there’s a loose sheet with a faint logo, but no name or contact details. I felt a little anxious standing there—papers matter to someone—and I kept them safe, hoping the owner will recognize them when they see this listing.
