Lost: Brooches in Aberdeen
I was strolling home at 7:30 p.m. last Friday, along Union Street toward Castlegate in Aberdeen when I realized my brooches had vanished from my coat pocket. They’re a small pair—one silver leaf and one with a tiny blue stone—things my grandmother wore for special occasions and handed down to me. I feel a quiet panic, like I’ve lost a piece of family history, and I’m retracing steps from the Bon Accord Centre back toward the Marischal College and the Art Gallery. It hurts to think someone might have picked them up, but I’m hopeful they’ll surface somewhere close, and I’d love to have them back with me.
Silver heart pendant necklace with initials
I lost my silver heart pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Bon Accord Centre on Union Street, Aberdeen. It's a simple piece of miscellaneous jewellery—a slender sterling silver chain about 42 cm long, with a small heart pendant roughly 8 mm across, and on the back there's the initials 'EM' engraved. There's a tiny scratch on the back that makes it uniquely mine, and it was a gift from my mum with a lot of sentimental value. If you find it, please reach out via [email protected] — I really need it back.
