Lost toaster set in Yuba-Sutter
I was tidying the kitchen after chores at about 6:15 PM last Friday in my Marysville apartment on 2nd Street, and I realized my toaster set was missing from the counter by the window. The two stainless toasters sat there every morning: one tall and slightly dented, the other small with a crumb tray that loves to collect crumbs. I retraced every step, checked the car, the laundry room, and even the balcony, but no sign. They’re not just appliances to me — they’re part of my weekend ritual when I brew coffee and listen to the radio. If you happened to see them around, I’d be grateful to have them back in their usual spot.
OXO Good Grips 2-qt saucepan, glass lid
I was at a community gathering behind the Raley's on Colusa Highway in Yuba City yesterday around 3pm and somehow forgot my 2-quart stainless steel saucepan. It's an OXO Good Grips stainless pan, about 9 inches across, with a black, heat-resistant handle and a clear glass lid. The pan has a couple of scratches from daily use, and there's a tiny dent along the rim that sticks out a bit. The inside has a faint coffee stain from last week and a little sticker residue where a label used to be. This pan is a workhorse in my kitchen and has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother—I'd really appreciate getting it back. I accidentally left my favorite heavy-duty hammer in the park while I was working on my backyard project last weekend. It’s bright orange and has my initials engraved on the handle. I am hoping to find it as it was a gift from my father and holds a lot of sentimental value. It was near the picnic tables at Yuba-Sutter Park.
