I found a stack of photographs along the Feather River levee behind Marysville’s Riverfront Park this morning, around 9:20 a.m., in the Yuba-Sutter region of California. The images range from old black-and-white portraits to a recent color shot of a family standing in front of a storefront. The backs carry handwriting and dates, hinting at memories that deserve to be remembered. I gathered them up and kept them safe, hoping the rightful owners see this post and recognize their own faces. It’s a slice of local history, and I’d be thrilled to see these photos returned to their owners through the site.

I lost my copy of 'The Great Gatsby' near the Yuba City library last week. It has a blue cover with some of my notes inside the margins. I believe I left it on one of the study tables while I was working on an assignment. It’s sentimental to me as it's a gift from my grandmother. If found, please reach out!

I misplaced my favorite poetry book, 'The Best Poems of 2020', while sitting in Yuba-Sutter Park on Sunday afternoon. I remember putting it down on the bench while I scrolled through my phone, but in my rush to leave, I left it behind. The book is well-loved, with some highlighted passages and my name written on the inside cover. I'm really hoping to get it back!
Lost cookbook 'The Joy of Cooking' with handwritten notes and family recipes left near the craft tent at Yuba-Sutter Fair.
I misplaced my favorite cookbook, 'The Joy of Cooking', while visiting the Yuba-Sutter Fair last weekend. I remember having it out while having a picnic near the craft tent, but I must have left it behind when we moved to a different area. It has a lot of handwritten notes in the margins and some of my favorite family recipes marked. I really hope to get it back soon!
