Lost Rabbits near Market Street, York, PA
Hi, I'm Olivia Bennett. I was taking a quick stroll at about 7:15 p.m. last Friday, near Market Street by the York County History Center, when my two rabbits bolted from their carrier and vanished into the shadows. They’re small and skittish, a white one with a gray tail and a brown one with a black smudge on the ear. I’ve had them since they were born and I’m terrified they’ll wander off into a yard or shed and forget their way home. If you saw two rabbits darting through an alley off Market Street or heard squeaking under a porch, please let me know through the site.
Found parrots near Market Street, York
I was walking along Market Street near Market Square this morning around 9:15, when I spotted two parrots perched on a bench by a vendor’s cart. One is bright blue with yellow accents; the other green with a red crown. They looked healthy, curious, and a little tired, as if they’d just wandered a bit. They seemed more friendly than frightened, and I kept them safe on a portable perch while I checked for an owner. I hope they’re reunited soon.
Leopard gecko in terrarium found near Stonegate
I found a small leopard gecko this afternoon around 3:15pm, tucked under a bench by Stonegate near The Shambles in York. It's about 8 inches long from head to tail, with a yellow-orange base color, dark brown spots, and two faint black bands across its back. The gecko was in a clear plastic tub with a simple glass terrarium setup, roughly 20x20x30 cm, a red heat lamp, and a shallow dish with mealworms. It has a tiny white scar above its right eye, which should help identify it, and the little guy looked stressed and hungry, so I really hope to get him back with his owner soon.

I found this orange tabby this afternoon around 3:15pm, hanging out near the Shambles on Parliament Street, York. He's a medium-sized cat with a white chest, green eyes, and a tiny scar on his left ear. He's wearing a blue reflective collar with a small bell and a tag that might say Milo. He seemed calm and friendly once I spoke softly, and he's a bit dusty from the pavement but otherwise in good shape. If this matches your cat, send me a message and I’ll help reunite you.
