Gold-tone necklace with sapphire pendant found in Winchester

I found a gold-tone necklace with a tiny sapphire pendant this afternoon around 2:15 pm on Market Street by the Winchester Guildhall. The chain is about 18 inches, delicate but sturdy, with a small teardrop pendant that catches the light. On the back of the clasp there’s a neat engraving 'MB,' which should help the owner identify it. It looks gently worn but undamaged, just a tiny scratch near the clasp.
