Cartier Love ring, 18k gold with diamond

I lost my Cartier Love ring this afternoon around 3:15pm. It's an 18k yellow gold ring, size 6, with the signature screw motif and a tiny diamond at the center. I think I was near the Guildhall on High Street in Winchester, just outside a café and the bookshop—maybe by the Guildhall's entrance or near Winchester Cathedral. The ring has sentimental value—it's a gift from my grandmother and I wear it every day. There's a light scratch along the inside band where the engraving 'PP' sits; it's barely noticeable from the outside.
