Found black leather wallet containing identification and membership cards near Route 68, Friendsville, Western Maryland.

Description

I found a black leather wallet on the side of the road on Route 68 near Friendsville, Western Maryland. It was wet from the rain but felt intact. When I opened it, I saw several identification cards and membership cards, but no cash. I'm hoping to return it to its owner, as it looks sentimental.
