Blue glucometer with case, lost near CVS on Main Street

I lost my blue-gray OneTouch glucometer with a white silicone case yesterday around 3:15 pm behind the CVS on Main Street in Hagerstown, Western Maryland. It's about the size of a deck of cards and has a small scratch on the bottom edge plus a tiny red sticker from my clinic on the back.
