Gray RFID passport holder with eagle embroidery

I found a gray passport holder with an RFID pocket this morning around 9:15am in the parking lot behind the Amtrak station on 19th Street in Rock Island, IL. It’s a slim nylon pouch about passport size, with a black zipper and a small blue eagle embroidered on the inside cover. Inside there are three card slots and a clear pocket with a folded boarding pass tucked inside. The fabric shows some wear on the corner and a faint coffee stain on the back.
