I found a navy canvas tote this afternoon around 2:15 PM behind the downtown library on State Street, in Quincy, in Western Illinois. It's medium-sized, a bit worn, with tan leather bottom corners and a pink paisley scarf peeking from the inner pocket. I lost a black messenger bag while I was at the Lincoln Park area in Western IL last Friday. It has a few patches on it from my favorite bands and contains some personal items including a small notebook, a water bottle, and a pair of sunglasses.
