Lost black waterproof jacket with hood and small tear on right sleeve near Cannon Hill Park.

I lost my black waterproof jacket with a hood while walking my dog near Cannon Hill Park in the West Midlands. It has a small tear on the right sleeve and is my favorite jacket for rainy days. I noticed it was missing after I got home from the walk on October 15th. If anyone has seen it, please let me know!
