I found a man wandering near the Watertown Public Library parking lot this afternoon around 4:15pm. He is about 6 feet tall, with short black hair and light stubble, wearing a navy blue North Face windbreaker over a gray hoodie and black jeans. He is carrying a red backpack with a blue keychain and wears a silver bracelet on his left wrist. He looked anxious, kept checking his phone, and asked for help contacting his family.
