Found Sculptures near Watertown Public Square

Today around 2:30 p.m., while walking my dog along Watertown's Public Square, I found a tote bag with several Sculptures inside. There's an abstract metal piece, a ceramic bust, and two carved wooden figures with blue glaze. I checked the surrounding area and nearby shops, but there was no sign of the owner, so I brought the bag to the lobby of the Jefferson County Courthouse to keep them safe while we try to find the owner. I was tidying up a tote and found a folder with travel visas on a bench by Watertown Public Square around 2:50 p.m. last Monday. They looked official and a bit anxious, like they belonged to someone about to depart on a big journey. Found shirts near Riverside Park, Watertown

I was walking back from the Watertown Public Library around 6:15 PM last Friday when I found a tote tucked behind a bench near Riverside Park. Inside were several shirts, all in good condition, with different sizes and colors. They looked like clothes someone would wear daily, not mine, and there were no papers or IDs to identify a owner. I brought the tote home and decided to post it here in case the owner sees this and recognizes their shirts.

Gym clothes found near Watertown Public Square.

While heading home from a late shift, I found a pile of gym clothes lying by the entrance of the Watertown Family YMCA on Public Square around 6:55 PM. A neon-green hoodie, a pair of black shorts, and a weathered gym bag stuck out beside the curb. It looked like someone had hurriedly left them behind in the rush of a workout. I scooped them up and kept them safe at the entrance area, hoping they’ll be claimed by their owner soon.

Found two kittens near Watertown Public Square, Watertown

I'm Casey Morgan. I found two kittens near Watertown Public Square, Watertown, NY, around 9:15 AM today, by the city hall steps. They’re two small balls of fur—one calico, one gray tabby—matted with a bit of dirt but clearly healthy. They mewed softly and seemed hungry, so I fussed over them with a warm blanket and some water. It breaks my heart to think someone might be missing them, and I hope this helps bring them home.

Leopard gecko found near Main St, Watertown

I found a leopard gecko this afternoon around 3pm near the benches outside the Watertown Public Library on Main Street. It's about 4 inches long, tan with irregular dark brown spots and a slightly thicker tail. The left front toe has a tiny notch that makes it easy to spot. It seems calm and well cared for; I’ve kept it in a small plastic critter carrier with a warm pad and a little dish of water. If this belongs to you, reply here with the gecko’s approximate age and any distinguishing marks, and we can arrange a pickup in Watertown.
