Found blue hiking backpack with hiking gear near the entrance of Waterloo Park.

Description

I found a blue hiking backpack while walking my dog near the entrance of Waterloo park. It has some hiking gear inside, including a water bottle and a map of local trails. There was no name tag, but it looks fairly new. I want to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
