I found a fluffy gray cat wandering around the rotary in Waterloo. It seems well-cared for and is very friendly. I can't see any collar or tags on it, but it looks like it must belong to someone. I’ve been feeding it in my yard for the past couple of days, hoping to find its owner. It keeps meowing, so I know it must be looking for home.
