Lost brooches from a family heirloom

On Saturday at 2:15 p.m., I lost two brooches while strolling along the Cedar River Trail by the Waterloo Public Library. They’re vintage silver with turquoise stones—one leaf-shaped, the other an oval—that I inherited from my grandmother and wore to the Farmer's Market this morning. I keep replaying the moment, hoping a good soul picked them up and turned them in. If they were found, I’d be grateful to see them back through the site; they mean the world to me.
