Red knit scarf found near National Archives

I found this bright red knit scarf this afternoon around 2:45pm on the steps of the National Archives Building on Pennsylvania Ave NW. It's a chunky cable-knit scarf in crimson, about 60 inches long, with a small black leather tag that reads Mila in white stitching. The scarf looks gently worn but clean, with a touch of pilling and a soft, warm feel when you wrap it around. It stood out against the gray stone, and I hoped someone nearby might be missing it after a chilly walk near the Mall.
