Lost blue plush dinosaur toy with a small tear on the left leg at the National Mall in Washington DC.

I lost my child's favorite blue plush dinosaur toy while visiting the National Mall in Washington DC yesterday. It was about 18 inches long, very soft, and had a small tear on the left leg. My son is really upset about it, and I hope someone can help us find it!
