Keys on blue lanyard with penguin charm

Found a set of keys this morning around 7:15am outside the Dupont Circle metro entrance on 19th St NW, Washington DC. They’re on a bright blue nylon lanyard with two brass house keys, a Honda car key with a chipped plastic head, and a small black rubber tag that has an enamel penguin charm. There’s also a tiny copper bottle opener keychain and a faint cat-printed sticker on one key. I’m posting because I know these probably belong to someone who needs them back, and I’d hate for them to be lost again.
