Emerald-green Tadashi Shoji gown, US size 6

I lost my emerald-green Tadashi Shoji gown yesterday around 3pm near the White House on Pennsylvania Ave NW, just outside the north gates after a charity gala. It's a floor-length satin dress with a graceful silhouette, a sweetheart neckline, and a subtle train. The waist features a silver rhinestone belt that catches the light. It is labeled US size 6 and is in good condition, with a tiny snag along the inner lining near the hem. This gown was a gift from my grandmother and holds real sentimental value—I really need it back, as the event was important to me and I’m hoping someone picked it up by mistake.
