While I was walking near Visalia Mall, I found this sheet music on the steps by Garden Street around 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday. It looks like pieces from a local high school recital, a bit water-stained with a penciled name on the cover. I pocketed it and brought it to the mall information desk so the owner can be reached through the proper channels. I lost my sunburst electric guitar yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Visalia Fox Theatre on Mooney Boulevard. It's a 2005 Fender Stratocaster-style guitar, sunburst finish with a few dings on the lower bout and a small chip near the edge by the input jack. It rides in a black gig bag, and I always leave a purple comet-pattern strap attached; there's also a white 'Nova' sticker on the back of the headstock. This guitar means a lot to me—it was a gift from my sister and helped me get through tough times, so I’m really hoping someone picked it up and can help me get it back.
