Navy Samsonite suitcase with orange tag

I lost my navy Samsonite 28-inch hard-shell suitcase yesterday around 3pm near the Empress Hotel on Government Street in downtown Victoria. It has a noticeable dent on the lower front corner and an orange luggage tag reading 'W-88' on the handle. Inside there's a photo of my grandmother tucked in the lining and a few sentimental keepsakes from family trips; this suitcase really means a lot to me and I’d be devastated if it's gone.
