Lost blue stuffed dinosaur with minor scuff marks near the waterfront park in Victoria.

Description

I lost my child's favorite blue stuffed dinosaur while we were playing at the park near the waterfront in Victoria. It has a few little scuff marks but is otherwise in good condition. Our son is really upset about it, and we would appreciate any help in locating it.
