Lost black pet collar with small silver bell near Lake Champlain Park in Vermont.

I lost my pet's favorite black collar, which has a small silver bell attached to it. I believe I dropped it while walking around the park near Lake Champlain in Vermont. It has my phone number on a tag, so I would appreciate it if anyone could return it to me.
