Navy tote bag with pink scarf

I lost my navy tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Genesee Street in Utica, part of the Utica-Rome-Oneida area. It's a medium-sized canvas tote from a local shop, navy blue with a light gray lining and a slightly frayed zipper. A pink scarf is tied to the handle, and inside there's a small brown leather tag with my initials 'P.K.' plus a red notebook with dog-eared pages and a laminated family photo. There's a faint coffee stain on the bottom and the zipper pull is a bit bent from daily use. It means a lot to me—it's a gift from my grandmother and holds sentimental value, so any help finding it would mean the world.
