Lost snare drum in a worn black case near the Utica-Rome-Oneida Music Festival in Utica-Rome-Oneida, NY.

I lost my snare drum, which is in a worn black case, while walking to the Utica-Rome-Oneida Music Festival. I didn't realize it was missing until later that evening. It's a cherished instrument from my high school band days, and I would love to have it back.
