Lost friendly dog with reddish-brown coat and white chest patch near a park in the Utica-Rome-Oneida area.

I lost my dog near the Utica-Rome-Oneida area while walking him at the park yesterday evening. He darted after a squirrel and I couldn't catch up in time. He's very friendly but has a reddish-brown coat with a white patch on his chest. If seen, please call me right away!
